Ryley Carlock Attorneys Settle Colorado Regional Haze Air Quality Lawsuit

On July 10, 2014, motions were filed in the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals to end a challenge to EPA's approval of the Regional Haze air quality plan (SIP). A settlement was reached among EPA, the State of Colorado, WildEarth Guardians, National Parks Conservation Association, and Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. Tri-State is the operator and part owner of the three-unit coal fired power plant in Craig, Colorado.

Ryley Carlock & Applewhite attorneys Jim Sanderson, Julie Rosen and Dick Kaufman represented Tri-State in the case.
